Liquidity refers to the buy/sell orders and stop-loss orders placed by market participants. They exist after every independent structural swing point.

The key liquidity for reference includes the highest and lowest points of the previous trading session, the previous day, the previous week, and the previous month.

When there are two (or more) relatively flat low/high points, more liquidity will accumulate behind them, which will become a magnet for prices.

- EQH is the relatively flat high point.

- EQL is the relatively flat low point.
