permission to join, how to get that much 🫠

In the middle of the night overthinking about gold in Islamic law when it reaches 85 grams, it is obligatory to pay zakat and I have tried watching videos on YouTube both from UAS and UAH's lectures but I still don't quite understand the distribution. Perhaps in this group, there is a friend who can explain briefly but in detail, we can share knowledge.
From the total gold weight in the screenshot picture below, how many grams do I need to pay as zakat, and I also want to ask if paying zakat in cash is valid?
