Mastercard Global Payments has launched a new cryptocurrency partnership program that brings together over 85 companies in the digital currency and payments space to jointly develop blockchain-based financial tools, with participating companies including Ripple blockchain payment company and PayPal digital payment platform.
Mastercard stated in a company announcement that the program allows participating companies to collaborate with their teams to develop payment products, connecting blockchain technology with established card networks used in daily business.
The program focuses on practical applications such as cross-border payments, business transfers, and inter-institutional fund transfer settlement systems.
Pudgy Penguins announces Pudgy World is now live
According to information released by the project on X, Pudgy Penguins stated that its browser-based game Pudgy World is now live and open to the public.
Players can now access 12 towns in a digital environment called 'The Berg,' complete mini-games, and follow the character Pengu's storyline in search of Polly (the other half of the mascot love story).
The team stated that the game runs directly in web browsers, allowing players to enter the game world without downloading any software. They also added that (Pudgy World) expands the brand's digital universe and provides fans with an online platform to interact with brand characters.

Surveys show that although digital art's share in the market remains small, collectors continue to purchase such artworks in 2025.
Digital art, film, and video art accounted for 3% of global sales, up from 1% in 2024, with a survey of 3,100 high-net-worth collectors across 10 markets finding that 51% of respondents reported having purchased digital art.
The report uses the term 'digital art' to refer to works created using computer software, which are sometimes recorded as NFTs on the blockchain, with NFTs recording ownership of digital files.
The report also noted that after the market peaked a decade ago, recent auction activities for new works have cooled. In 2025, only three artworks created in the past 20 years sold for over $10 million, compared to 21 in 2021, including record-breaking sales of digital works by Beeple and anonymous crypto artist Pak.
All Seeing Seneca presents 'AFTER JADE' at the Hong Kong Basel Art Fair.
Visual artist All Seeing Seneca, who previously served as a designer for the Bored Ape Yacht Club, will showcase her work (AFTER JADE) at the Hong Kong Basel Art Fair from March 26 to 29 at booth Z4 through the luxury art gallery Asprey Studio in London.
This series combines cast glass sculptures with unique digital paintings, with each piece revolving around traditional Chinese ritual objects and reimagined through matrilineal lineage and personal mythology.
These sculptures created by Asprey Studio include a crown adorned with rabbit patterns to commemorate her mother, a hairpin inspired by pelvic structure, and a Buddha hand statue holding a baby, with each sculpture accompanied by a corresponding digital painting, sold as a set.
Seneca grew up in Shanghai and New York, studying at the Rhode Island School of Design. Her series of 2,880 digital paintings 'The Dangers of Sese' sold out in less than ten minutes and was later exhibited at the Armory Show and Phillips Auction House.
Sougwen Chung showcases a decade of robotic collaboration at the Hong Kong Basel Art Fair.
Chinese-Canadian artist and researcher Sougwen Chung will present her first solo exhibition 'Recursions' at the Hong Kong Basel Art Fair, with preview days on March 26 and 27, and public open days on March 28 and 29. This exhibition is presented in collaboration with the digital art gallery and technology platform Fellowship and OpenSea.
For over a decade, Chung has been building a series of works called 'Drawing Operations,' which is a series of real-time collaborative projects with generations of robots trained on her own gesture data.
The core work of the series (RECursion 0) (RECURSION 0, 2026) is a giant scroll painting, where the robotic system reads Ms. Zhong's biosensor inputs in real-time and extends her movements onto the canvas, accumulating two types of strokes on the same surface simultaneously.
In 2022, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London included a robotic collaborator of Chung in its permanent collection, which features a fine art print, a film documenting the creative process, and an AI model incorporated in a 3D printed sculpture.
