The absence of sulfuric acid means:
← no electric transformers
← no batteries for electric cars
← no electronic substrates used in data centers

A raw material.
And a large part of it ultimately depends on oil refining flows that are reliant on the Strait of Hormuz.

Qatar exports a large portion of its liquefied natural gas through the strait.
This gas supplies countries across Asia, including Taiwan.
