@BNB Chain Crossmint has partnered with Western Union to drive the launch of the stablecoin USDPT and the new Digital Asset Network of the remittance company, based on the Solana blockchain.
The collaboration will integrate Crossmint's wallet and payment APIs with Western Union's global infrastructure, allowing fintech platforms to transfer funds using the stablecoin and facilitate conversions between digital dollars and local currency.$BTC
The initiative aims to connect digital assets with Western Union's traditional payment network, which has more than 360,000 cash pickup points worldwide. Through this network, users will be able to withdraw or send value in different jurisdictions.
