$BTC is in the decision zone – Break or Fake?
Bitcoin is currently fluctuating around a significant resistance area.
There are 3 factors to pay attention to:
1️⃣ Funding rate is starting to rise → Longs are in control
2️⃣ Open Interest is increasing but the price hasn't broken out strongly
3️⃣ Liquidity above is dense
Scenarios:
• If it breaks out strongly and closes an H4 candle above resistance → potential for a short squeeze
• If it wicks and volume is weak → easy to create a bull trap
Personal strategy:
• Do not FOMO into breakouts
• Wait for a retest or volume confirmation
