After more than a year of absolute silence, this Polymarket trader .. SCssss, just returns as if nothing happened and bets $150,000 that the United States will officially confirm the existence of aliens before 2027. The aliens. Like, “maybe microbes,” but a straightforward confirmation. And he did it when the odds were sitting at a peaceful 16.8%. Low conviction market, high conviction portfolio.
So it's for sure that people noticed. Immediately. Because when someone disappears for a year and comes back strong like that, one has to wonder… does he know something? Or is he just built differently?
The funny part is that we're not exactly talking about an infallible oracle here. About a year ago, the same trader bet $50,000 on Kamala Harris to win the U.S. presidential election. That one hasn't aged well. The money's gone.
What makes this even better, honestly. Is it the return of a misunderstood prophet… or just someone who really, really loves bold bets? Really very hard to say. But aliens before 2027 is a bold hill to plant a flag on, especially after being off the grid for so long.
