Hello, Binancians! We start February with a market that tests us, but while the graphs stabilize, it is vital to understand the security updates on the platform to protect our accounts.
Recently, Binance has reinforced protocols in the dynamics of Red Packets to prevent the use of automated systems (bots). However, these new measures may affect the experience of some legitimate users:
Activity Detection: The security system has intensified surveillance. Occasionally, the protection algorithm may generate false positives that result in a "technical pause" of the claims function, even if operated manually. This is often perceived as a temporary restriction without prior notification.
Experience with Code RW00783: Several community members have reported that after intense activity in Lives or Square, the message "the red envelope has been fully claimed" appears along with code RW00783. Based on shared experiences, this could indicate a security latency that temporarily limits access to new claims for approximately 36 to 48 hours.
How to proceed?
If you see this message repeatedly, the current community recommendation is to wait for the automatic reset cycle (usually 48 hours). For now, it seems to be a protective measure of the system that resolves organically over time.
NOTE: IMAGES HAD TO BE REMOVED TO COMPLY WITH COMMUNITY STANDARDS
And you, my dear users, have you experienced this error when trying to claim? Let me know in the comments so others don't fall into the same trap! 👇
