On January 12 at 10:20 (UTC+8), LISA rapidly plummeted by over 90%. The LISA official account announced on platform X that they would compensate for the losses incurred from this event, but so far no compensation has been received. When I asked customer service, they said the snapshot was taken at 10:20:00, but the problem is that the snapshot time published by LISA on platform X is at 10:20 and does not mention seconds.

As shown in the picture, there was no significant decline before 10:20:00.

At 10:20:00, the price remained stable at 0.165, and at 10:20:41, the price was still 0.165.

At 10:20:57, LISA started to decline and by 10:23:59, the drop had reached over 70%.

According to the official compensation, it starts at 10:20, but the decline began at 10:20:57. Why are users who purchased LISA between 10:20:01 and 10:20:56 unable to receive compensation?

The official website states that the compensation for qualified individuals is on January 12, 2026, at 02:20 UTC.

This corresponds to January 12, 2026, at 10:20 UTC+8. The compensation formula is still very appropriate, using the opening price at 10:21 minus the closing price at 10:23 (UTC+8). Although it is stated that the transfer to the spot wallet will occur within 30 days, most people who contact customer service only say they do not qualify for compensation. I want to know why the snapshot was taken at 10:20:00 when LiSA did not decline, instead of taking the snapshot one second before the decline began. Can those who truly suffered losses receive this compensation?

It's been so long, and in this post about LISA, I haven't seen anyone receive compensation. Does being on alpha mean you can harvest at will, with a 70% decline in 3 minutes, and a 90% decline in half an hour?

Those who truly suffered losses have not received compensation, while those who completed the daily alpha trading volume task at 10:20:00 without losses can receive compensation. Those who really suffered losses are missing out on compensation.
