🔹London-based decentralized AI and Bitcoin treasury management firm Satsuma Technology PLC announced 📈raising £163.6M ($218M) in an oversubscribed convertible bond round, exceeding the original target by 63.66%.

🔹Over half of the funds were settled in cryptocurrency, equivalent to approximately 1,097 bitcoins, with investments from ParaFi, Pantera, Kraken, and Arrington Capital aimed at team expansion, infrastructure enhancement, and $BTC reserve growth.
