The Optimal Strategy: Spot Trading vs Futures Contracts

As a Muslim, I am keen on investing our money in accordance with our Islamic Sharia. Therefore, I prefer spot trading as it aligns with Sharia guidelines, unlike futures contracts which carry economic risks and legal prohibitions. In spot trading, I actually own the asset and avoid the risks of leverage and prohibited speculation.

Nevertheless, I recognize that futures contracts provide liquidity and hedging, but I avoid them to ensure adherence to Sharia. My advice: Spot trading is safer and more stable, especially for beginner and conservative investors.
