#MyStrategyEvolution Next week, the U.S. House of Representatives will vote on three key bills related to digital currencies, as part of the "Digital Currency Week" (July 14-18):
đ¸ CLARITY Act - Defines how the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) classify and regulate digital assets.
đ¸ GENIUS Act - Establishes a federal framework for issuing and overseeing stablecoins (already passed by the Senate).
đ¸ Central Bank Digital Currency Anti-Development Act - Prohibits the development of a digital currency issued by the U.S. central bank.
If these laws are enacted, they could represent the first major legislation on digital currencies in U.S. history, determining how digital assets will be handled in the future.
