The “Bitcoin Rights” bill (HB3594) states that citizens cannot be prevented from owning and controlling digital assets through a hardware wallet.
The bill also states that the state government cannot prohibit or restrict the use of cryptocurrencies to purchase legal goods and services. 👏
The law also grants citizens the right to mine cryptocurrencies, always in accordance with local noise ordinances.
