The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) announced new regulations on Friday, October 27, concerning the use of portable chargers on aircraft. According to Ming Pao, passengers are now limited to carrying a maximum of two portable charging devices, commonly referred to as 'power banks,' on flights. Additionally, charging these devices during the flight is prohibited to enhance passenger and aviation safety.
