Circle has recently unfrozen ckUSDC (Dfinity Bridge) and two other hot wallets starting with 0x00e, according to Foresight News. Blockchain investigator ZachXBT reported this development on social media, noting that five out of the 16 hot wallets he previously mentioned have now been unfrozen. ZachXBT also indicated that once a civil case in New York is unsealed, he plans to publicly identify the plaintiff, experts, and all other involved parties.
