European stock markets ended the trading session with declines, with Germany's DAX index experiencing a significant drop. According to RTHK, the German DAX index closed at 22,300 points, down 312 points, marking a decrease of nearly 1.4%. France's CAC index ended at 7,701 points, falling by 67 points, or approximately 0.9%. Meanwhile, the UK's FTSE 100 index closed at 9,967 points, a slight decrease of 4 points, or about 0.1%.

Over the week, the German stock market fell by around 0.4%, marking its fourth consecutive week of decline. In contrast, both the French and UK stock markets saw gains of approximately 0.5%, breaking a three-week losing streak.
