One Lesson from Losing It All

I used to open the trading app sixty times a day.

I'd stare at the red numbers, close it, then open it again five minutes later. As if staring would make the price go back up.

I lost a lot. Not just money. I lost sleep, peace of mind,

The only lesson I paid dearly to learn:

Never invest an amount you can't watch disappear without your world collapsing.
