The change of perspective that changed everything for me:
Failure is information.
Every time you try something: whether it works or not -> you get valuable feedback.
A clear signal about what works… and what doesn’t.
For a long time, the fear of failing paralyzed me.
I thought too much. I planned too much. I wanted everything to be perfect.
And in the end… I never really took action.
Then I understood something essential:
The answers I was looking for were precisely in the attempts I avoided.
Lessons are not in preparation.
They are in action.
I do not seek failure. But I have accepted that it is part of the journey. It is inevitable.
So if I’m going to fall, I might as well learn from every fall.
Today, after a failure, I simply ask myself three questions:
1. What didn’t work, precisely?
2. What decision led me to this result?
3. What can I adjust next time?
That’s it.
No drama. No shame. Just information.
Fail. Adjust. Move forward.
