Dominance dropping means nothing if Bitcoin drops with it.
Seeing many posts circulating about the Bitcoin Dominance chart, like BTC Dominance is dropping, altseason coming, etc.
So I thought it’s good to share this here for information purposes.
Like I said, Dominance dropping means nothing if Bitcoin is dropping with it. That’s not rotation, that’s market-wide weakness.It simply means Bitcoin is not leading, and alts are not strong enough to take over either.
And in this phase, altcoins usually bleed more than Bitcoin.
We can expect altcoins to move only if Bitcoin either holds steady or trends higher while dominance comes down.
Alts don’t move just because dominance goes down, they move when Bitcoin allows them to.
In short:
BTC Dominance dropping + Bitcoin sideways/pumping = good for altcoins.
Bitcoin dominance dropping + Bitcoin dropping = bad for altcoins.
