Chowmein: Ek Zabardast Safar
Chowmein asal mein ek Chinese dish hai, jiska naam do lafzo se mil kar bana hai: "Chow" (tala hua) aur "Mein" (noodles). Magar aaj ye sirf China tak mehdood nahi, balki poori duniya, khaas taur par Pakistan aur India ke har kone mein "Street Food" ki jaan ban chuka hai.
Iski Khaasiyat:
* Zayqe ka Dum: Is mein adrak, lehsun, soya sauce aur sirke (vinegar) ka jo balance hota hai, wo ise ek teekha aur chatpata zayqa deta hai.
* Sabziyon ki Raunaq: Is mein bariki se kati hui band gobhi (cabbage), gajar, aur shimla mirch na sirf rang bikherti hain balki ek crunchy ehsas bhi deti hain.
* Har Dil Azeez: Chahe wo chicken chowmein ho ya vegetable, bache aur bade sab ise bade shauq se khate hain.
Ek Dilchasp Baat
> Chowmein ki sabse badi khoobi ye hai ki ye "Desi-Chinese" fusion ka behtareen namuna hai. Hamare yahan ise thoda zyada masaledar aur chatpata banaya jata hai jo ise asli Chinese version se bhi zyada mazedaar bana deta hai!
