What got me was Bhutan's hackathon 13 actual apps built on real digital identity infrastructure. Not demos. Not decks. Working software.
Most protocols talk architecture. This one has people shipping on it. That's a different thing entirely.
I'm not sold. I'm just watching closely. And that's already more than I give most projects.
