Binance Futures will launch futures for oil and natural gas

#BinanceFutures will launch CLUSDT, BZUSDT, and NATGASUSDT perpetual contracts with up to 100x leverage.

New contracts represent:
CLUSDT is West Texas Intermediate crude oil (1,000 barrels) priced in USD.
BZUSDT is Brent crude oil (1,000 barrels) priced in USD.
NATGASUSDT is natural gas (10,000 MMBtu) priced in USD.
