🔥 Bittensor ($TAO ) just got noticed by the top of AI… this is not a small signal
Bittensor is already running a live decentralized AI network where models are trained across distributed nodes, not inside centralized data centers, and this direction recently got attention after Jensen Huang from NVIDIA spoke about decentralized AI training. No partnership, no deal, just direct recognition of the idea.
Right now the ecosystem is around ~$1.5B, with 30+ active subnets running inside the network. Each subnet is backed by TAO, so value is tied to real stake, not random tokens. Even then only ~19% of TAO is deployed into subnets, which means more than 80% is still outside, system not fully used yet.
On the tech side, a ~70B+ parameter model was trained in this decentralized setup, which normally needs heavy centralized infra. Thats the real signal here. Not price, not hype, actual working system.
When the company that powers most of global AI compute even talks about this direction, it means this model is not a joke. No official collab yet, but this is how it starts, first recognition, then adoption slowly.
Right now its still early, infra building, numbers growing, but most people still dont see it clearly, they think its just another alt move. Thats the gap.
