🌊 STRAIT OF HORMUZ: IRAN ALLOWS "NON-HOSTILE" SHIPS TO PASS! 🚢
```
📢 BREAKING (MARCH 25):
Iran has officially told the UN Security Council and IMO that "non-hostile vessels" may now transit the Strait of Hormuz — IF they coordinate with Iranian authorities .
🔍 WHAT "NON-HOSTILE" MEANS:
• Ships belonging to US, Israel, or "participants in the aggression" are NOT allowed
• All other nations can pass after prior coordination with Iran
• Iran's IRGC still controls the waterway and will enforce these rules
📊 IMPACT SO FAR:
• Oil prices dropped nearly 6% after the announcement
• Brent crude fell below $100 for the first time since early March
• But shipping traffic still down 90% from normal levels — only 4 ships transited on March 3 vs normal 138/day
⚠️ TRUMP'S RESPONSE:
US President Trump said: "We're in negotiations right now. They'd like to make a deal." He also claimed the war is "won" and that Iran's navy and air force are "completely decimated" .
💡 MY TAKE:
The strait is NOT fully open — but a major step toward de-escalation. US-Iran talks reportedly underway . Oil prices dropped 6% on the news. If diplomatic progress continues, expect oil to fall further and safe-haven assets like gold to cool.
👉 Click $OIL to check live price! Oil just dropped 6% on Iran's announcement.
Historically, $BTC moves almost synchronously with oil during such shocks. Safe-haven $XAU may cool if tensions ease.
